1  Creator Eligibility: Artists and creators of all genres and skill-levels are encouraged to participate in the community and artist prompts/challenges on social (18yo+). The Bluesky Feed is a community canvas for artists and creatives of all experience and styles welcome. However only original work may be posted by it’s creator following the instructions and must not contain any of the following: NSFW, spam, promotional, hateful, derogatory, or AI-generated images and/or content to keep the community safe and inclusive. The Art & Inquiry Bluesky Feed is moderated to ensure these rules are upheld. If you feel there has been an issue and/or have any feedback, suggestions, or questions. Reach out to @art-inquiry.com via Bluesky. All content and interactions are subject to Community Guidelines and Platform ToS to promote positive collaboration and safety. Community members interested in potential interview, spotlight, and collab opportunities must be an active email subscriber and submit the Creator Interest Form for review and approval at the discretion of Art & Inquiry. Subject to change.

2  Podcast Guest Media Release: Featured Creators who participate as a podcast guest in an interview and/or spotlight agree to the following: I voluntarily and without compensation authorize voice recording(s) to be made of their likeness. I hereby give permission to Art & Inquiry to use, reproduce, and distribute the voice recordings, including my name and submitted photo(s). I hereby agree to release Bean Ninjas from any claims, damages or liability arising out of such use or distribution. I understand that the use of my name, likeness, and voice recordings will be primarily for the purposes of commercial use, education and/or promotion by this organization. I have read and understand the foregoing and I consent to the use of my picture and/or voice as specified for the above-described purpose(s). I further understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation of any character shall become payable to me.

3  Participation Terms & Conditions: Art & Inquiry reserves the right to edit all submitted written content, such as artist bios and statements, for grammar, spelling, and formatting, without altering the core meaning. Biographies and statements exceeding 150 words may be shortened without prior consent. Art & Inquiry reserves the right to crop submitted images to a reasonable extent without prior consent. By accepting the Featured Creator opportunity and submitting artwork, images, and/or assets of any format, you grant Art & Inquiry non-exclusive rights to publish your work, including images, on art-inquiry.com, the Art & Inquiry Podcast, Newsletter/Blog, and social media. You confirm ownership of the submitted work and copyrights of any photographs submitted, granting Art & Inquiry the rights to use them across their platforms. If photographs were taken by a third party, you confirm you have explicit consent for Art & Inquiry to use them and will share the photographer's name. Art & Inquiry reserves the right to contact the photographer for confirmation. Submissions on behalf of another person are prohibited. Art & Inquiry reserves the right to disregard incomplete or incorrect submissions. Participation in this opportunity does not guarantee selection nor scope of participation as a Featured Creator.
